生涯與生活角色盤點（Life-Role Inventory）

盤點你正在扮演的所有角色——工作只是其中之一；父母、伴侶、朋友、興趣、信仰都算。

不預設角色清單：角色從你的敘說中浮現，訪談以結構化流程收斂成一張可驗證的現況地圖。

這是什麼

一份 Claude Skill：由 Claude 擔任結構化訪談者，帶你把最近生活裡的各條線攤開（廣掃）、挑重要的看深（深挖）、收斂成地圖與逐句認可的錨點句，最後可選擇讓它建議 AI 協作分工。每場交付兩份：筆記檔（逐字紀錄，完全歸你）與報告（消化版，含視覺化地圖）。

設計要點（skill 內「核心五軸」的白話版）：

  • 認知負荷歸訪談者——你只負責敘說，記憶、比對、結構化都是它的工作。
  • 方向中立——「沒變」是完整有效的資料；語言不帶入主流價值語彙，讓你的價值觀自己浮現。
  • 判讀懸置——訪談者的一切判讀是待你裁決的猜測；錨點句逐句認可才算數。
  • 內容與方法分離——訪談內容只住在你自管的筆記檔，不寫進 skill、不進任何記憶。

使用邊界（請先讀）

  • 這不是心理治療、不是臨床評估、不做診斷。訪談者的角色是整理與盤點，不是治療師。
  • 出現人身安全相關疑慮時，訪談者會停止訪談、退出角色，回到一般協助。
  • 重要的心理健康議題，請尋求專業人員協助。

安裝與使用

  1. 安裝前建議先讀過 SKILL.md 與 references/——審視後再裝，是 skill 生態的通行習慣。
  2. 上傳 life-role-inventory.skill 到 Claude 的 Skills 設定，或把整個資料夾放進你的 skills 目錄。
  3. 對 Claude 說「盤點我的角色」「生涯盤點」「幫我整理最近生活的各條線」即可開始。

檔案結構：SKILL.md（姿態、核心五軸、流程、失敗模式）＋ references/（speech_techniques.md 口語技巧庫、precedents.md 判例集、report_visuals.md 報告與視覺化製作參考）。

客製化

本 skill 是完成品，不內建演化機制。想讓它更貼你：使用中對問法、節奏、流程有任何不順，訪談裡直接講清楚；聊完之後要求 Claude——

「依據我們剛剛討論的澄清，改寫這份 skill、打包給我。」

改出來的版本就是你的分支，裝不裝由你決定。唯一不可破壞的底線：訪談內容永遠住在受訪者自管的筆記檔，原話、情境、可識別細節不得寫進 skill 條文。

語言註記

本 skill 為中文文字介面校準——口語技巧的份量、句式、鼓勵詞鋪陳都是語言特定的。移植到其他語言時，references/speech_techniques.md 的技巧層需要重新驗證，不能逐字翻譯。

Life-Role Inventory is a Claude Skill that runs a structured interview to map the roles you are currently living — work is only one of them; parent, partner, friend, hobbies, and faith all count. There is no preset role taxonomy: roles emerge from your own narration and converge into a validated current-state map, with anchor sentences you approve line by line. One inviolable rule: interview content never enters the skill text.

Language note: the interviewing techniques are calibrated for Chinese text interaction; porting to another language requires re-validating the speech-technique layer rather than literal translation.
