Alfredo is a launcher built the way Mac apps used to be: native Swift, about 45 MB idle, no Electron and no account. It keeps its own file index, updated through file system events, so search doesn't depend on Spotlight. Clipboard history stores text, images and files and pastes straight into the active app. Type 200+15% or "friday" and get the answer or a month grid right in the results.
